1:1 Meetings

1:1 meetings are an essential tool for managers to effectively manage their team. A well run 1:1 meeting can help a manager in setting clear goals, build a collaborative agenda, improve accountability and communicate clearly with team members. OKRify meetings provides the following features for 1:1 meetings for any teams within Salesforce

Create 1:1 Meetings

Managers or team members can create 1:1 meetings directly with their team members or manager easily with a click of a create meeting button from Meeting Hub .Please enter the following fields for creating a 1:1 meeting with any user in Salesforce

  • Meeting Name - Enter meeting Name
  • Type - Select 1:1
  • Meeting Date & Time - Enter meeting date and time
  • TimeZone - Enter timezone
  • Duration ( in Minutes) - Enter duration for the meeting in minutes
  • Repeat flag (Optional) - Select if the meeting is a repeat meeting
  • Meeting occurrence (Required for Repeat Meetings) - Select one of the following below options
    • Weekly
    • Bi-weekly
    • Monthly
  • Check-Ins (Optional): Select this option if the meeting requires a check-in before the scheduled date. By default, the check-in time is set to 24 hours prior to the meeting, but you can adjust this as needed.
  • Meeting Link
  • Meeting Template: Click the icon to search, preview, and select a template for your 1:1 meeting. The chosen template will be loaded into the meeting upon creation.
  • Managers/Organizers: Select the users who will oversee the 1:1 meeting. The organizer can also add a question section for all attendees to respond to
  • Users/Attendees - Only one user can be selected as Users/Attendees. OKRs and KPIs for the selected users can be automatically added to the meeting. Users/Attendees can collaborate in the meeting similar to Managers/Organisers except creating Question sections.
  • OKR - Selecting this will automatically add the User’s OKRs to the meeting (Private & ‘Team Only’ OKRs will be added to 1:1 meeting if the user or the manager creates the meeting)
  • KPI- Selecting this will automatically add the User’s KPIs to the meeting
  • Salesforce Event- Selecting this will create this meeting as an event in Salesforce calendar

After entering the above fields click the Create Meeting button to go to the meeting page, if a meeting template is selected the sections and items from the template will be automatically added to the meeting and can be changed as needed for the meeting. The following items can be performed in the meeting

  • Add a new item to an existing section - Click enter in the last item of a section or the add item button after the last item to create a new item
  • Add a new section - Click the create section button after all the existing section
  • Assign an item to a user - All items will be assigned to the attendees, click the user avatar to change the assigned user
  • Rearrange the order of section or item - click the drag icon and drag any item or section to rearrange
  • Set due date for an action item -
  • Create Question section for the attendees to respond (Only organizer)
  • Complete an Item: Check the box next to an item to mark it as completed. Please note that completed items will not be carried over to the next Meeting
  • Mark an Item as Repeat (For Meetings Only): Click the repeat icon to schedule this item for every meeting.
  • Clone an item
  • Add long description to an item
  • Add an OKR to the OKR section
  • Add a KPI to the KPI section
  • Add comments to any item
  • Delete an item
  • Respond to a question
  • View responses from attendees (Only Organizer) - Click Response to view responses from all the users

OKRify Meetings provides the above features to manage and collaborate with team members for 1:1 meetings. Once meeting is created with the required sections and items, the following buttons are available for a meeting

  • Save - Save a meeting in draft status (Only available when meeting is new or draft status)
  • Schedule - Save a meeting in scheduled status (Only available when meeting is in draft status)
  • Complete - Complete a meeting, for repeat meetings next meeting will be automatically created (Only available for scheduled or completed status)
  • Save as Template - Save a meeting as a new Meeting template
  • Clone - Clone a meeting
  • Delete - Delete a meeting

A meeting can be edited by clicking the meeting name in the top of the page, meeting fields except user/attendees field can be changed for a meeting. If an online meeting link exists for a meeting, the meeting link will be available in the meeting page to directly go to the meeting page. Once a meeting is scheduled the attendees can view the meeting in Meeting hub and start collaborating in the meeting.
