Meeting Feedback and Responses

Getting feedback for meetings is important for organizers to understand how their meeting went and provides an opportunity to improve the next meeting.

A meeting attendee or organizer can provide feedback by clicking the feedback button in a meeting. Feedback popup provides options to provide feedback for the meeting along with feedback for Agenda Structure, Discussions, length of Meeting along with additional comments to improve a meeting


Organizers of a meeting can view users’ responses by clicking the “Responses” in the meeting menu.

Request Feedback

Organizers can send email requests for meeting attendees to get meeting feedback by clicking Request Feedback in the meeting menu. Email will be sent to all the meeting attendees that have not submitted feedback for the meeting.
