Meeting Hub! This is your central location for managing and creating all types of meetings, including team meetings and coaching sessions. Access to Meeting Hub can be accessed by users with the OKRify_Meeting_User or OKRify_Meeting_Admin permission sets. If you’re having trouble accessing the Meeting Hub, please reach out to your administrator or contact OKRify support.
Navigation
At the top of the Meeting Hub, you’ll find:
- Search Bar: Quickly locate meetings by name or date.
- Filter Options: Narrow your search based on specific criteria.
- Create Button: Easily schedule new meetings or coaching sessions.
Action Items
Directly accessible menu options help you manage your tasks:
- My Action Items: View your assigned tasks.
- Due in 7 Days: See what’s coming up soon.
- Overdue Items: Keep track of tasks that need your attention.
- Completed (30 Days): Review tasks you’ve finished in the past month.
Upcoming Meetings
In this section, you'll find a list of your upcoming meetings scheduled for the next 7 days by default. You can use the filter options to view meetings scheduled for the next 14, 30, or 60 days, or select custom date ranges.
Past Meetings
Below the upcoming meetings, the past meetings section allows you to review previous meetings, with similar filtering options available.
Meeting Details
Both upcoming and past meetings display the following information:
- Name: Title of the meeting.
- Check-Ins: Indicates if the meeting includes check-in items.
- My Actions: Number of action items assigned to you for the meeting.
- Type: Meeting classification (1:1, Team, Cluster, or Coaching).
- Organizer: Person who scheduled the meeting.
- Attendees: List of participants.
- Coach: If applicable, the coach associated with the meeting.
- Date/Time: When the meeting is scheduled.
- All Actions: Total number of action items for the meeting.
- Recurring: Indicates if the meeting is recurring.
- Status: Current status of the meeting.
