OKRify help is split into the below sections
Central place to manage OKRs and KPIs for users and team. In this section, you can understand how to do different actions from Hub.
Objective and Key Results section has instructions on how to create OKRs with different types of Key Results, Clone OKRs, etc.
Update Key Results
Updating Key Result progress is essential to tracking the Objectives. In this section instructions on how to update different types of Key Results are provided.
Hierarchy & Heatmap
Aligning team and individual Objectives to the strategic company goals is essential for the focused execution of the strategy. This section has instructions of
Objective hierarchy, team hierarchy, and heatmap provide a high-level view of how Objectives and teams are aligned.
Key Performance indicators can be used to track key metrics that are essential to understanding the performance of a Company, team, or even a user. In this section, instructions are provided on how to create KPI, PIN KPIs and view KPIs.
Scorecard provides the perfect tool to measure your team’s performance based on multiple KPIs. Team such as Sales, Marketing can use Scorecard to measure each team members performance and track all their activities against targets set. Scorecard provides Leaderboard and separate views for Manager and Team members to track their progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve their targets. Targets can be set for multiple activity/kpis for Weekly, monthly or quarterly periods and targets can be customized for each user and each period.
This section covers other items such as Reports, Dashboards, Email Notifications, and set up items that are not covered in the other sections.
Meetings provides ability to collaboratively manage Meeting Agenda, Meeting Notes, carry our discussions, View OKRs & KPIs and assign action items. The help for meetings is available here.
