Sometimes OKRs need to be paused to review the OKR or for a change in the direction, OKRify provides the ability to pause an active OKR. Key Result progress cannot be updated for a paused OKR. Paused OKRcan be activated again to enable key result progress updates.
To pause an OKR and its key result,
- Go to the Edit/View OKR page by clicking on an objective from the Hub.
- Click the Pause button and confirm by clicking Yes in the popup confirmation.
- Once the OKR is paused, the status field is set to Paused and in the hub, progress cannot be updated for key results of paused objectives.
- Now to activate a paused OKR, click the Save & Activate button to activate an OKR.
