The Balanced Scorecard Hub provides a centralized view to manage and monitor all your Strategic Plans in one place. From this page, you can easily track progress, view ownership, and ensure alignment across the organization.
Key Features
- Plan List: Displays all Strategic Plans created in your organization. Each plan shows its name, creation date, and linked details such as team, owners, focus areas, objectives, and initiatives.
- Team: Shows the department or business unit responsible for executing the plan.
- Owners: Lists the individuals accountable for achieving the outcomes of the plan.
- Focus: Indicates the number of focus areas (strategic pillars) defined under the plan.
- Objectives: Shows the number of objectives linked to each plan.
- Initiatives/Board: Displays the number of initiative boards connected to the plan for tracking key projects and actions.
- Action Menu: Use the three-dot menu on the right to view, edit, or manage each plan.
