I read the book Measure what Matters by John Doer and believed it was a better method of setting and tracking goals for our organization than how we were doing it at the time.
We wanted a platform that would coexist with our current software offerings and since we utilize Salesforce as our CRM, OKRify was a natural fit for us.
Every management level team member and many of our individual contributors all have Objectives and/or Key Results that roll up to our overall Company Objectives.
