New team can be added from the team Tab, to add a new team click ‘New’ Button and enter the following fields

  • Name
  • Parent
  • Active

To add a new team member, go to the team tab and search for the team to which a new user needs to be added. Click the team to see the details and in the ‘Team Members’ section click ‘New’ and enter the following fields

  • User
  • Default Team (Used in Hub and Create
  • OKR pages as Default)
  • Active
  • Manager (Manager for the team)
  • Access Level (Edit – Provides access to change OKRs owned by any user in the team)

OKRify provides team hierarchy and objective hierarchy view to quickly view how the teams and objectives are aligned.

Team hierarchy shows how teams are aligned, how they are progressing and what are each team’s objectives. Team hierarchy provides an easy way to drill down into different teams and their child teams to check their progress and how objectives are aligned.

Objective hierarchy shows all the objectives that are aligned with the company Okrs, how those objectives are progress and the key results under each objective. Objective hierarchy also provides an easy way to drill down into the objectives at different levels and check how OKRs are aligned at

Any Object (Standard or Custom Salesforce Object) can be added to Sobject for automatic key result updates. Please follow the below steps to add an Object to Sobject

  • Go to Setup -> Search for Custom Metadata types
  • In Custom Metadata Types, click Manage Records
  • Click New to add a new Object to the Sobject
  • Enter the following fields and save.
  • Label – Label to be shown in the Sobject Key Result
  • KR Sobject Fields Name – Name of the object
  • Sobject API Name – API name of the object

Note: If “Fields (DO NOT USER” is visible, please do not enter any values this field is deprecated . We recommend removing this field from the custom metadata layout.

Contributors are additional users who can update progress for Key Results other than the Key Result Owners. A key result can have multiple contributors and all of the contributors can update the key result progress.

Typically the user who is responsible for the key result is the Key Result Owner and other users who are also contributing or responsible for the key results can be contributors.

Yes, Sobject Key Result can be updated on demand by clicking Sobject Update button

It is very simple to clone Objectives and its Key Results in OKRify, inside the edit or view page of an OKR click the clone button to create a copy. All the fields except the period field will copy from the original OKR.

OKRs for other teams can be viewed from the Hub, in the team field on the top right hand side of the hub remove the existing default team and search for the team you want to view the OKRs. Once the team is selected, the hub will display OKRs for the selected team.

To view company OKRs, click the Company Goals tab in Hub to see all the company level OKRs.

Tasks for an Objective or a key Result can be created from the details page by clicking the icon in the hub. Click ‘New Task’ and enter the following fields to create a task

  • Name
  • Due Date
  • Assigned to
  • Status

Tasks created for Objectives or Key Results are standard Salesforce tasks and can be tracked in the Tasks tab in OKRify. Tasks can also be viewed in the individual Objective or Key Result detail pagewhich can be accessed from the hub by clicking the icon .

We release updates to OKRify at least once a quarter, all the details of the updates are provided in the release notes.
OKRify can be easily upgraded from the Salesforce AppExchange.
