We’re excited to introduce the Risk Tracking feature in OKRify, which allows you to manage risks associated with your objectives seamlessly. This feature helps you proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, ensuring your goals stay on course and achievable.
- Track Risks for Each Objective:
From the OKRify Hub, you can easily create and track risks to any objective, gaining complete visibility. The intuitive interface enables you to capture essential details such as Risk Type, Impact, and Likeliness, simplifying the risk management process.
- Add Mitigation Plans and Details:
In addition to tracking risks, OKRify lets you add Mitigation Types and Mitigation Plans. This helps your teams take proactive steps to minimize the impact of risks on your objectives.
- Highly Customizable Risk Parameters:
Customize key risk attributes such as Risk Type, Impact, Likeliness, and Mitigation Categories to fit your organization’s unique needs, ensuring a tailored risk management approach.
Risk Reporting and Visual Tracking:
Use Salesforce Reports to generate custom risk reports and track risk statuses. With the Gantt View, you can visualize risk timelines, making it easier to monitor progress and identify any delays.
Objective Review
The Objective Review feature allows managers and leaders to periodically evaluate the performance of objectives, providing valuable feedback for agile OKR management. This feedback loop ensures leadership teams and managers stay aligned and offer continuous guidance on objectives. For instance, annual objectives can be reviewed quarterly, with detailed analysis, recommendations, required actions, and a score.
A comprehensive report of all reviews is available, which can be filtered by team or viewed across the entire organization. This enhances tracking and provides deeper insights into the progress of objectives.
Email Notifications
We’ve enhanced our email notifications to provide more comprehensive updates and keep you informed about key activities within OKRify. Here’s what to expect:
Weekly Email Notifications for All Users:
All OKRify users who have opted in for email notifications will receive a weekly summary that includes the following details:
- OKR Metrics
- Key Results that are overdue and due for updates this week.
- Recognition activities for the week.
- Meetings Metrics
- Completed meetings from the previous week.
- Upcoming meetings scheduled for the current week.
- Overdue action items from meetings.
Weekly Scorecard & Contest Notifications:
Users with active Scorecards and Contests will receive email notifications with an update on their progress, including key performance metrics for both Scorecards and Contests.
Meeting Check-Ins
Automated reminders for meeting check-ins will be sent to ensure submissions are completed before the meeting, helping to keep meetings productive and on track.
