OKRs - Strategy Execution & Goal Management
Baseline Target Type
'Baseline' target type is designed for Key Results where the goal is to maintain below a specific target. For example, measures such as Cost of Goods. If the current value of the Key Result remains at or below the baseline, it's considered 100% complete. However, if it surpasses the baseline, the progress percentage will decrease proportionally
Board for Key Result
Board, our user-friendly work/task management tool, is now available for both Objectives and Key Results to provide greater flexibility in strategizing, planning and tracking your goals. You can use Boards to:
- Track the progress of a Key Result or Objective by breaking it down into smaller tasks or milestones.
- Manage tasks and milestones related to a Key Result or Objective without affecting its overall progress.
OKR Approval
Planning is a vital step in defining and selecting the right OKRs. OKRify streamlines this phase by incorporating an approval process to activate OKRs. Leveraging the Salesforce Approval Process, this feature allows you to configure one or more approval levels for OKRs based on criteria such as objective fields or an approval type field to distinguish between approvers and approval levels.
Additionally, OKR Approvals provide full visibility into the approval flow history and the ability to recall OKRs while they are under review, ensuring a smooth and transparent approval experience.
Key Result Progress Graph
A new progress graph has been introduced for each Key Result in Hub to clearly display both current progress and expected progress. This graph provides a clear view of the expected progress calculated using a linear projection, considering the number of days elapsed in the period and the final target. For Key Results with a baseline target type, the graph displays a single line with the expected value highlighted as a red marker, indicating the expected baseline at the current moment.
Update Key Result Progress History
Users can update previously entered Key Result progress values. If the most recent progress entry is modified, the updated value will affect the current Key Result progress. All other changes will only update the progress history without impacting the current progress. Note that this feature is applicable only to Key Results with a Unit of Measure set to Number or Percent.
Sales Performance Management & Gamification
OKRify’s Sales Performance Management and Gamification features have been significantly enhanced. Enjoy improved data visualizations, expanded options, and engaging gamification features to motivate and inspire your team.
Enhanced Data Visualization
We’ve introduced new visualization enhancements to the Scorecard, helping you better understand your team’s performance:
- Grid View: A quadrant-based layout that categorizes team members by their activity and outcome KPIs, enabling quick identification of individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Funnel View: A funnel-shaped representation of the sales process stages for each team member, highlighting bottlenecks and uncovering opportunities for optimization.
- Improved Scorecard View: A redesigned, user-friendly interface in the Cockpit for efficient tracking of multiple KPIs across your team. Includes a streamlined Leaderboard with comprehensive KPI details and historical trends.
Cockpit
The Cockpit tab has been introduced as a unified space for managing Scorecards, Contests, Upcoming Meetings, and Dashboards for Coaching and 1:1 Meetings.
- Scorecards: Managers can directly manage Scorecards from the Cockpit, while users can view all their Scorecards in one place. Both managers and users can pin their favorite Scorecard as the default view for quick access.
- Contests: The Cockpit displays live Contests, providing real-time updates for both managers and users.
- Meetings and Dashboards: Easily access upcoming meetings and dashboards for Coaching and 1:1 sessions with ratings.
The Cockpit offers a streamlined and comprehensive view, consolidating key tools and insights in a single location for enhanced productivity and focus.
User Reference
Scorecards and Contests now include an ‘Assigned T’o field, allowing user fields like Owner or Created By to be used for assigning records to users.With the new User Reference feature, you can also assign records to users using a text field. This is especially useful if your Salesforce records lack a dedicated user field but have a text field that can serve as a reference.
For each KPI in Scorecards and Contests, you can specify user reference values for individual users. Default user reference values are managed through the Team Member data in OKRify’s teams. If a user reference is available, it defaults to the value from the team member data but can be adjusted directly within the KPIs for Scorecards and Contests as needed.
Scorecard with No Timeframe
A new Scorecard option without a timeframe is now available, enabling you to track overall KPIs that are not tied to specific periods. This Scorecard is ideal for monitoring lifetime KPIs, providing a continuous view of performance metrics that don’t depend on a predefined timeframe.
Meetings & Coaching
Meetings, the intuitive tool for managing agendas and action items for 1:1 and team meetings, now includes new features to enhance its capabilities, including support for coaching sessions and progress tracking.
- Coaching Meeting Type: A dedicated meeting type for Coaching, designed to track and manage coaching sessions with your team members effectively.
- Check-in: A new feature that allows team members to provide updates, share statuses, and answer questions before the meeting. This saves valuable meeting time for strategic discussions that drive impact.
- Action Items as Boards: Action items are now organized using Boards, offering a more user-friendly way to manage tasks. Boards can be customized with additional fields and groups, providing more flexibility for tracking progress.
- Meeting Ratings: Rate your team members on specific categories, particularly useful for evaluating performance during coaching sessions.
These enhancements make Meetings a more powerful tool for collaboration, productivity, and team development.
