Click the OKR tab on the side window. ( OKR, KPI or Scorecard tab can be set as default for MY OKR in User Preference)
Below information is displayed in MY OKR’s OKR Dashboard
- Objectives: Number of Objectives owned by the User in Current Period or Current FY
- Non-Aligned Objectives: Number of Objectives without a parent Objective
- Confidence: Average confidence of all the users Objectives in Current Period and Current FY
- Progress: Current progress of all the users Objectives in Current Period and Current FY
- Expected: Expected progress of all the users Objectives in Current Period and Current FY
- Open KR Progress Icon: Icon which opens information on Key Results
- KR Owner: Number of Key Results owned by the user
- KR Contributor: Number of Key Results for which the user is a contributor
- Confidence: Average Confidence users Key Results - Owner and contributor
- Only Owner KR: Toggle button to view information only on KR Owned by user. Clicking Yes will restrict the information displayed for Key Results to only the Key Results that the user Owned.
- KR Progress: Average progress of all the users Key Results
- KR Expected: Average expected progress for all the users Key Results
- Objectives by Risk: Graph showing number of Objectives grouped by their risk
- KR by Risk: Graph showing number of Key Results grouped by their risk
- KR Update Score: Average Update Score for user’s Key Result. Hovering over the KR update score will show the graph with Key Results grouped by KR Update score.
- KR by Predicted Progress: Graph showing number of Key Results with predicted progress above and below 70%
- Objectives/KRs by Teams: Number and Progres
The MY OKR Side Window presents a summary of the user's OKRs organized by teams, along with their corresponding progress.
Is for OKR without KR type Objectives.
