Default values can be set for the following fields in Create OKR screen, different default values can be set for Company OKR and Team/Individual OKR. Load defaults will automatically load default values for both Company and Team OKRs.

Below are the possible default values for each field

Period: Current Period, Current FY
Type: Increase, Decrease
Frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly
Confidence: 1 to 5
