Sobject, KPI, Report, Linked OKR, Link KR and OKR without KR type Key Result’s progress is updated automatically using a batch process. Key Result’s Progress can also be updated from Hub to view the real time information for these Key Results. Also, confidence and notes can also be entered for these Key Results from the Hub.
Steps to Update
1.Go to Hub
2.Find the Objective in My OKR
All objectives for which the user is owner, co-owner or contributor will be displayed in My OKR.
3.Expand the Objective
View the Key Results for the Objective
4.Click on Key Result for which progress needs to be updated
5.Update the progress
Click the sync button to get the latest update for the key result. Values will be immediately updated in the hub.
6.KR Trend graph will be updated based on the progress. The KR History tab will also be updated with the latest progress.
7.Click View Records icon to view records behind the current value.
Steps to enter confidence and notes
1.Go to Hub
2.Find the Objective in My OKR
All objectives for which the user is owner or contributor will be displayed in My OKR.
3.Expand the Objective
View the Key Results for the Objective
4.Click on Key Result for which confidence and/or notes needs to be entered.
5.Select the appropriate confidence for the Key Result and enter notes if required. Cl
6.Click save to save the confidence for the Key Result.
Objective’s confidence will also be updated immediately based on the weighted average of the Objective’s Key Results.
