Introducing the "Quick Recognize" feature, designed to simplify recognition and awards for your team members and colleagues across the company. This streamlined process makes it effortless to acknowledge and celebrate achievements.

Here's how you do the below actions

• View your team members in My Team Tab or all employees can be searched in the All Company Tab
• Click on any name within this list to view detailed profile information about that team member
• For each member, you'll see two distinct icons: a "Recognition" icon and an "Awards" icon.
• Click on the "Recognition" icon to initiate the recognition process, or click on the "Awards" icon to begin the awards process.
